Production 

• Each jewellery piece in our collection is handcrafted and made upon order
• Please allow a production period of 1 to 3 weeks from the date of your order placement
• As our jewellery is made by hand, you might notice the imperfection and scratches that add the uniqueness of each piece
• Please be aware that your received order might differ slightly from the images on our website, including factors like color, size, and other specified details
• Our choice of materials includes natural elements such as pearls and gemstones. Because of this, colors and shapes may vary from the images displayed on our website

Order

• After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order along with the purchase details
• Kindly check this confirmation carefully to ensure its accuracy. If you identify any differences, please reach out to us without delay
• Ordering requires a minimum age of 18 years, or you need to have parental permission
• Please allow a production period of 1 to 3 weeks from the date of your order placement

Shipping

• Following the production period, your jewellery will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address you've provided
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way
• All items are dispatched from Studio Tuu in Sweden.
• We offer free shipping in Sweden, all packages are traceable
• We offer worldwide shipping, all packages are traceable
• For orders outside of Europe, please note that customs fees are not covered in the purchase
• Regrettably, we cannot provide compensation for items that are lost during transportation

Returns

• If you wish to return the product, you have 14 days from the delivery date
• Please note that our rings, which are crafted to your specific size, are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• Get in touch with us at studio.tuu.jewelry@gmail.com to obtain a return label. Please provide your customer information and the product you wish to return
• Please keep in mind that items need to be in their original condition and packaging
• Upon return the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs
• Print the label, affix it to the parcel, and drop off your package at a nearby post office
• Once we receive the parcel and inspect the item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days
• Regrettably, we cannot provide compensation for items that are lost during transportation
• For international returns, kindly ensure that the package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' to prevent any customs charges. Please note that Studio Tuu is not liable for any customs charges incurred during the return process. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer

• If you wish to change product please reach out to us via email at studio.tuu.jewelry@gmail.com, and we'll be glad to assist you. Please provide your customer information and the product you wish to receive in exchange.
• Please note that our rings, which are crafted to your specific size, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
